Had a good meeting with the project’s critical friend by videoconference this morning . A very green approach as he is in Edinburgh and we are in Plymouth – a saving of time, money and carbon emmissions.

Interesting to hear how other projects are doing with their baselines. Also to see the breadth of areas that are being tackled and the range of approaches to producing the report.
