I deal mainly with Computer Assisted Assessment and feedback here at the University.

Like all Learning Technologist I focus on helping staff use technology to maximize their student potential, as a bonus I get to meet a lot of great people, use the latest technology and widen my experiences along the way.

Interests

  • E-Learning and Web 2.0 technology
  • surveys and questionnaires technology
  • Vod & Podcasting tech
  • I’m an ex-submariner so I’m interested in submarine technology

On a personal note I’m into:

  • Carpentry and Joinery – nothing better than creating something from scratch
  • I would like to be fired into space, preferably all in one piece and come back in the same condition, that would be really awesome.
  • I do some volunteer work – great to give something back.
